Most of our leather items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, please email us within 7 days of receiving it. Our friendly Customer Support team will do their best to resolve the issue for you.
To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact Customer Support at contact@originhand.com. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which should be written on the shipping label. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase. Note that we do not cover return shipping costs.
We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Reach out to us if you need assistance with an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
Items not eligible for a refund:
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Lost or stolen packages.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Origin Hand is not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We also cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided. If you have issues with your delivery, we will confirm the delivery details, including the address, date, tracking, and shipping carrier, so you can investigate further.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
- Reach out to your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at contact@originhand.com.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If Origin Hand sent the wrong item or the correct item with the wrong options (e.g., color or size), please contact Customer Support, and we will immediately send you the correct item.

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
